Students and teachers were unable to enter the Madrasati platform on Monday, October 26, 2020, corresponding to Rabi` al-Awwal 9, 1442 AH, and some of them struggled to access the platform to attend classes as well as to transfer lessons to students through The Times.
While some social media users circulated pictures of stumbling in the platform, which in turn sent a message to its beneficiaries inviting them to take their lessons through Microsoft Teams, and this was due to the failure of the platform, apologizing for the emergency failure.
It should be noted that the Madrasati platform witnessed high efficiency in terms of performance last week, which was not activated this week, while the tweeters appealed for speed in finding a solution to disrupt the Madrasati platform.
This is done by sending notifications to parents and students to register with Microsoft Times to complete their school day.
